- Identify Suitable Processes: Assess your project management processes to determine where GenAI can add the most value, such as in automating routine tasks or enhancing data analysis.
- Integrate with Existing Systems: Ensure that GenAI tools can seamlessly integrate with your current project management software to maximise efficiency (e.g. Microsoft Project with Copilot and Atlassian with Rovo).
