What is it?

- Engage legal and compliance early: Have counsel review SaaS contracts for AI exposure, and add playbook language for negotiating with vendors.
- Train staff to recognise new AI features: Equip teams to flag changes in tools they use daily, especially in customer-facing or sensitive roles.
- Map and monitor your current AI landscape: Perform an audit of tools that now include AI and prioritise high-risk platforms for immediate review.
