Think

Strategy & roadmap

Decide where AI can make a difference, what the risks are, and what to do first.

Model

Design the solution

Design the workflow, the architecture and the human oversight before anything gets built.

Act

Build, adopt & improve

Build it with your teams, hand it over running, and make sure people actually use it.

Results

Real work, written up honestly.

About half the effort

Client project · outcome reported in the case study

Charity survey data turned into grant-making direction

Problem

A volunteer-run grant-maker had a large set of free-text survey responses from registered charities and no practical way to analyse them.

Delivered

A structured, multi-model GenAI analysis with anonymised data, task-based prompts and human review at every step.

Result

Roughly 50% less effort than a traditional consulting approach, plus insights and service providers the committee would otherwise have missed.

RFP first drafts with multi-agent orchestration

Problem

Drafting a response to an RFP took days of effort from several people.

Delivered

A multi-agent system on the Microsoft Agent Framework: an orchestrator coordinating five specialised agents for extraction, knowledge, drafting, QA and revision.

Result

A 50%+ first draft in about 15 minutes for roughly $1.25 in compute, against two or more days by hand. A working system we use ourselves, not a client deployment.

Led by Steve Harris

35 years of enterprise leadership, applied to AI.

Steve founded AI4Enterprise after 35 years leading large technology programs for some of Canada's most complex organisations, including technology portfolios of more than $500M. He has seen what works, and what looks good in a slide deck but falls apart in practice.

Every engagement is led by Steve personally: senior judgement, hands-on engineering, and the adoption and training work that makes AI stick. Vendor-agnostic, with no product to sell you.

Built in Victoria. Working across Canada.

Community first, not just consulting.

AI4Enterprise is based in Victoria, BC. Steve co-founded the VIATEC AI Meetup and co-founded Prompt, the VIATEC Victoria AI Conference, and speaks regularly on GenAI strategy, governance and adoption.

We believe in building the community, not just consulting to it.
